Update: Upon receiving the quote, I discovered that the professional did not offer a repair or replacement of the faulty parts, but rather recommended replacing the entire heater unit for no less than 9k. After conducting my own investigation, I found that the issue was actually a burnt board, which I was able to replace for only $200, resulting in a functioning heater. It is important to note that these professionals may not offer part replacements as an option. Original: The heater fan in my home stopped functioning and I contacted this company as they were the only ones able to schedule a same-day appointment. David arrived and provided a quote in a professional manner. I am considering booking them for the job.
