Greetings, fellow fitness enthusiasts! I am Nathaniel Rondez, a certified personal trainer since early 2019. Fitness has been an integral part of my life, having grown up as an athlete, primarily focusing on football and track. Currently, I also work with young athletes to enhance their overall athletic abilities and refine their skills in football and track. My journey of recovering from a knee injury and the invaluable support of my physical therapist motivated me to make a positive impact on others. Personal training has allowed me to fulfill this desire while pursuing a career in fitness. I possess extensive expertise in weightlifting, functional training (movement training), conditioning, athletic training, and calisthenics (body movement training).

I had the pleasure of training with Nathaniel for slightly over a year and the outcome was extremely gratifying. As my prime objective was focused on augmenting my strength and power lifting abilities, I initially had little to no knowledge about weight lifting. Fortunately, Nathaniel was well-versed in his craft and displayed immense patience with his clients. He paid meticulous attention to detail and offered diverse training regimes, considering he himself is an avid athlete who indulges in varied forms of training. While his home gym may seem modest, he is proficient in utilizing it to its maximum potential. His workout sessions challenge you both physiologically and psychologically. Nathaniel is also highly knowledgeable about recovery and nutrition outside of the gym domain, making him a reliable source of information. His enthusiasm, especially during the first few months of training, stood out the most. At times, he would exhibit more excitement about my progress than I would, immensely boosting my motivation. Despite leaving me exhausted after every workout, he remained calm and joyous, never undermining the intensity of the session. He never sugarcoated the fact that training requires perseverance, but never deterred from empowering me to accomplish my objectives if I put in the work. Thanks to Nathaniel's guidance, I gained almost 15 pounds of lean muscle and raised my squat and bench maximums to 315 and 225, respectively- far beyond what I could achieve on my own. Through our sessions, I gained a wealth of knowledge that continues to prove invaluable.
