Jason performed exceptionally well.
On the coldest day of the year, I was left without heat. I waited all day for the arrival of Four Seasons to install a new boiler. When they finally showed up at 5:30pm, they attempted to charge me over $6000 for a boiler with an advertised price of $3600. They claimed that the price was due to the extreme cold and our desperate need for heat.
I refused to agree to this price and contacted Jason from COMFORT AIR. He arrived at my house at 7:30pm, checked all of my radiators and determined that the boiler proposed by Four Seasons was not the proper size for my house. I highly recommend COMFORT AIR for their exceptional care and honesty. I am incredibly thankful that I chose to contact them.

While our other vendors based their boiler recommendations on the square footage of our unit, Jason took the proper measurements and suggested a boiler suited for the length of the coils in our house and the existing infrastructure.
