All Surge Effect Hybrid Programs include 12 weeks of unlimited virtual sessions, lifetime access to a private coaching group on Facebook, lifetime access to my 12-week course, and weekly homework assignments. If agreed-upon results are not met in 12 weeks, coaching continues for free until they are achieved.

I am currently participating in a CrackerJack survey, and while I am new to this particular endeavor, I have previous experience working with both personal and business coaches in order to assist them with creating branding strategies, marketing plans, and even social media management. Essentially, I was the "behind-the-scenes" person helping these coaches attract the clients they wanted. However, now I find myself on the opposite end of things, actively seeking a job and guidance for a new endeavor. Despite my initial apprehension, I decided to give the Surge Effect a try after being thoroughly impressed with a personalized introduction call from Shaun that lasted as long as it needed to rather than being limited to a set amount of time. Though still in the early stages of the program, I have been engaging in weekly virtual meetings and have found Shaun to be attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. While the program has not been easy and I have certainly had my moments of frustration, I ultimately remind myself that this is exactly what I signed up for and trust that Shaun will guide me through the process.
