I am a family-owned and operated business that started during the pandemic specializing in experienced appliance repair and vent cleaning services. Our services include refrigerators, ice makers, ovens/ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, washers/dryers, and vent cleaning. Our values lie in honesty, punctuality, and communication, always being transparent about our work and pricing. We carry parts with us at all times, allowing us to service same-day calls for fridges, washers, and dryers. Our service fee applies to your repair labor cost if you choose to move forward with the repair.We charge an $89 diagnostic fee, which may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, but it is waived if repair services are performed. Moreover, we offer additional appliance diagnosis for free and do not charge overtime fees; we estimate by the job, not by the hour. You can trust us to take care of all your appliance repair needs. After water spilled onto the stove and caused the electric panel on my oven to stop working, I sought assistance from Zion. Impressed from the outset, their amazing customer service skills were evident during the phone call. Despite never having laid eyes on my oven, they had an extensive knowledge of it - proving that I had made the right choice. Even though they had not seen the oven, they diagnosed the issue swiftly and scheduled repair work for a later date. During the visit, they endeavored to mend the electric panel to avoid having me purchase a new one or replacing the whole oven. They succeeded, saving me thousands of dollars in the process. Going forward, Zion Appliance Repair will be my first port of call for any needs. I am grateful for the incident because it led me to discover an excellent, efficient, and reliable service provider.
