I would like to express my gratitude to Shane for his prompt response to my emergency. My toilets were not draining and Shane came to my aid without delay. After assessing the situation, he suggested that I have a clean out installed due to my house being from the 1960s and lacking a clean out for the snake. Despite it being nighttime, Shane started digging and successfully installed the clean out. He used the snake to clear the blockage and my problem was resolved. I am incredibly grateful for Shane's hard work and dedication to resolving this issue. He truly saved the day.
