This allowed me to work with various types of cuisine, including steakhouses, brasseries, and weddings. Additionally, my time at Uchiko, a James Beard award-winning restaurant in Austin, gave me the opportunity to focus on my Asian heritage and hone my cooking techniques.

Dan made our home-based learning experience enjoyable! Apart from discovering new recipes featuring fresh ingredients, we also picked up valuable kitchen techniques. Surprisingly, sweating vegetables or chopping became easier, thanks to Dan's hands-on instruction. We plan on inviting Dan back for more lessons in the near future.

For my husband's birthday, I was hoping for a memorable evening, and Chef Dan and his team exceeded my expectations. The food was simply breathtaking, and the service was top-notch. We opted for an Asian fusion theme featuring delectable sushi rolls, mouth-watering noodles, succulent beef satay, and perfectly grilled squash. The feedback we received from everyone in attendance was overwhelmingly positive, and we wouldn't change a single thing. We're already making plans to hire Chef Dan for our next event. Plus, they left the kitchen spotless, which was truly impressive.

Dan is an absolutely fantastic chef who arrived early to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. He took the time to get to know us and was able to accommodate our friend's food allergies without sacrificing flavor. Dan was considerate of our cooking and plating preferences, and he was incredibly gracious when we decided to make changes to the proposed menu. His pricing policy was refreshing, as he only charged for his services, allowing us to invest in the highest quality ingredients. We were blown away by his mouth-watering mushroom risotto. To top it off, Dan left the kitchen spotless while we enjoyed our meal, and we were able to leave the cleaning to our trusty dishwasher.
