Merry Heart Entertainment

The Merry Heart Team is a group of over 40 skilled artists who are excellent with children and highly efficient, especially when a line manager is present. You can browse our profiles and select up to three favorites, or let us choose a talented artist for you. Our range of services includes Face Painting, Balloon Twisting, Balloon Decor, Caricatures, Glitter Tattoos, Magic, Characters, Henna, and more. We can also coordinate inflatables, games, and concessions through our excellent contact.

We use only professional-grade paint and cosmetic-grade glitter, safe for children aged 3 and up. For most services, we recommend one hour for every 10-12 guests as a general guideline. Please note that we may not be able to stay beyond the scheduled end time, so it is advisable to book the appropriate number of artists and hours to avoid overtime fees.

For large public events, we suggest that an adult act as a line manager to ensure the schedule is accommodated, and overtime is avoided. We prioritize clear communication and exceptional service, not just entertaining for the sake of profit. Please feel free to contact our owner, Kathy Rollwage, if you have any questions or concerns.

Our artists arrive 15-30 minutes early, depending on setup time, which they will discuss with you when confirming party details. They will contact you within a few days of receiving the retainer, unless the event is approaching soon. If you do not hear from the artist after a couple of days, please inform Kathy Rollwage.

We try our best to take photos of each guest participating in the entertainment, though this may not be feasible for some artist types. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please inform the artist. Any photos taken will be shared with you via Facebook or another medium if you don't use it. We appreciate any photos you can send us too!

We have our own tables, chairs, and tent (additional charge) for our artists, though pre-arrangement is necessary for a smoother setup. Shade/tent and protection from the elements are mandatory for outdoor events. Please inform the artists if you're unable to provide them beforehand, as an additional charge may apply if the temperature is over 90 degrees.
