The project involves enlarging a half bathroom into a full bathroom by extending into an adjacent closet. Initially, it was challenging to find a contractor who was willing to take on the job due to the limited size of the space. Unfortunately, the first handyman we hired did not deliver on our requests, which led to our termination of their services. This left us feeling stressed and pressed for time. However, we eventually found Perdomo Construction through a CrackerJack listing. Although their rates seemed expensive at first glance, they were comparable to other estimates we received. Working with Perdomo Construction was a positive experience. They made every effort to honor our requests, resulting in an outcome that met our expectations. The team showed up promptly every weekday and worked diligently to complete the job as quickly as possible. It's worth noting that the space was incredibly small, measuring only 3.5ft X 7ft. Moreover, the one-year warranty provided by Perdomo Construction gives us peace of mind, but we hope that there won't be any issues to arise. We've included pictures for reference, and needless to say, the transformation is remarkable.
