To start, I must note that our experience with Angie's has been prior. I did request quotes from them, but received no response after a week. In fact, it has now been a month and not a single company has contacted me except for CrackerJack, who deserves recognition. I reached out to CrackerJack and Hans from Southwest promptly provided me with information. Within a week, I received three quotes and decided to go with Hans due to his professionalism and promptness, despite another company offering a slightly lower price. These qualities remained prevalent throughout the job, as Hans completed the work to an exceptional standard. After cleaning up, he noticed a fly had flown into the paint and was stuck. Hans went above and beyond, setting up his equipment again to remedy the spot. Unfortunately, he wasn't satisfied with the result, and came back three more times until he felt it was perfect, demonstrating his attention to detail and outstanding quality of work. Moreover, it's evident that Hans values strong integrity. I highly recommend calling him for your project - you won't regret it!
