After submitting an inquiry on Saturday regarding my refrigerator's repair, Solo Appliance responded within minutes. The issue at hand - the appliance was only cooling to 55 degrees and was accumulating ice. They promptly scheduled an appointment for Monday and arrived at the agreed upon time. Dimitry, the technician, diagnosed the problem with ease and informed me that a replacement evaporator fan was needed. He demonstrated that the fan was no longer spinning and made a return trip 3 days later with the new part. Installing the new fan quickly, he showed me that it was now functioning correctly. Dimitry ensured everything was back to its original state and informed me of the offered one-month warranty on both parts and labor. The cost was reasonable and my refrigerator has been functioning perfectly ever since.
