Specializing in rehabilitative work and pain relief, I am a Master Bodyworker who focuses on helping those with chronic conditions or injuries/surgeries, particularly those who have been let down by other methods in the past.Since 2015, I have been a Professional Bodyworker and Massage Therapist who is passionate about continuing education to better serve my clients. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Bodyworker, my ultimate goal is to provide a holistic, client-centered approach to managing pain, injury, and chronic stress.
To achieve this vision, I treat each new client and their unique situation as a puzzle that requires innovative problem-solving. No two people are alike, and even those with the same complaint require a customized treatment plan.

The place is amazing, and I absolutely needed the two-hour massage. During the session, I realized just how tight my body had been. It was unbelievable! However, upon completion, I felt incredibly satisfied. I highly recommend everyone to try it.

What an amazing experience! Jay was a delight to work with from the moment I requested an appointment. She promptly answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service. Her massage studio, located inside her home, was spotless, peaceful, cozy, and inviting. The massage was top-notch and very professional. It was one of the greatest I've ever had, focusing specifically on my lower back, right leg, and neck. I felt a significant improvement in those areas. I will undoubtedly be returning to book her services repeatedly. You should consider doing the same! Brown Sugar Bodyworks is a fantastic addition to Tulsa.

My massage experience was absolutely fantastic! Jay is highly skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to the human body, specifically identifying trigger points or knots that often cause discomfort. Her technique was spot-on with just the right amount of pressure, and what's more, she paid close attention to areas that typically go ignored such as the hands, ears, and face. I was so impressed that I've already made another appointment. Despite being a recent graduate, Jay is already making a strong impact in the massage industry. I highly recommend booking her services right away!
