The individual responsible for completing the task was remarkable. Everyone who has observed the outcome has been duly impressed. He was proficient at keeping me informed about the project, he paid heed to my requests, and he displayed thoughtfulness. Conversely, I found the company's overall management lacking. They repeatedly failed to arrive as scheduled when I needed to make significant revisions. They need not micromanage, but some guidance would be beneficial. When negotiating, exercise caution because costs can easily escalate if they are tasked with sourcing materials. Ideally, have materials prepared or even in position to prevent this from happening and save on costs.
