In the evening at 8 pm, I contacted Sergio who was prompt in his response and offered to visit my house the following morning at 8 am. However, I had already received a prompt response from another individual who agreed to come over even at that late hour to inspect my malfunctioning A/C. However, the estimate provided by the other person to fix my A/C was exorbitant amounting to over $4000. Seeking a second opinion, I contacted Sergio again and asked if he could come earlier than 8 am to accommodate my work schedule. Sergio arrived at the agreed time and examined my frozen A/C. To my relief, he was able to clean the coils and resolve the issue for less than $200. Although he acknowledged the expensive 'proper' repair methodology, he advised me to wait until the A/C completely breaks down considering its age to replace the entire unit.
