We offer rapid responses and competitive pricing, with legal licensing since 1990 as an attorney and 2009 as a real estate broker. Our attorney services include wills and power of attorney for $450 until March 31st, and deeds for $400 until April 15th. We specialize in name changes, determination of heirship, will disputes, contract drafting and review, breach of contract, and civil cases. However, we do not handle residential landlord/tenant disputes. As for our real estate broker services, we negotiate office or retail leases and handle sales and purchases of all real estate properties, including commercial and residential, alongside related legal issues. We charge $500 for contract reviews. We also help with site selection for businesses, such as retail shops, restaurants, bars, medical facilities, and professional office spaces. My deed issue was resolved within 2 hours, and I highly recommend this service.
Regarding my second experience using the service, I reached out with questions about my short term rental insurance coverage. Despite my positive first encounter, I was disappointed as the representative was unable to provide satisfactory answers to my specific inquiries and even gave incorrect guidance on how to interpret the insurance policy's exclusion terms. It's possible that this representative isn't well-versed in homeowner insurance coverage, so it might be best to seek out another expert in that field.
