About
My name is Seth Kuddes, and I am the proud owner of United Window Cleaning. After graduating from CSU with a degree in Business Management, I decided to pursue my dream of entrepreneurship. In 2007, I founded United Window Cleaning as a family-owned and operated window washing service. Our values of integrity, professionalism, and friendliness have always been at the forefront of our business, and we are proud to continue operating in this manner. Our services have expanded to cover Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, and the surrounding areas, all thanks to our loyal customers. We now offer gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and screen repair/replacement services.Along with the growth of the business, my family has also grown. I got married to my creative and fun-loving wife, Jessica, in March of 2008. Since then, we have welcomed our son Josiah in 2010, our daughter Hope in 2013, and we adopted our second son, Jonah, in 2015. Jessi not only enjoys being a full-time mother but also assists me in running the business behind the scenes. As a family, we are active members of the Mountain View Community Church and lead a small group in our home. We enjoy going on mountain adventures, exploring various art forms (I am a photographer, and Jessi is a painter), traveling the world, and reading together. We are always excited to meet new people, so do not hesitate to reach out!

After purchasing our new house, we noticed that the gutters were clogged with leaves accumulated over several years. We didn't want to deal with the dirty blow-back, so we outsourced the job to some professionals. They were outstanding in all aspects, and we are grateful for their assistance.

I was unsatisfied with the job performed. The service provider lacked efficiency and only spent a mere 20 minutes on the task, leaving behind debris and mud in numerous areas of the gutter. In my opinion, the $100 fee for this short duration of work was overpriced.
After hearing my concerns, the owner assured me that this level of dissatisfaction had never occurred before and promised to personally complete the job to my liking. The owner fulfilled the promise and ensured that the gutter was free of debris and mud, meeting my expectations entirely. As a result of this experience, I would highly recommend United Windows and Gutters.
