I had the pleasure of having Phil as my technician. He was not only extremely pleasant, but also exceptionally meticulous in his work. He didn't leave until he was confident that he had fully resolved the issue with my leaking dishwasher. As it turned out, the problem was in the installation done by the builders. I am immensely grateful to Phil for identifying the root cause of the problem.
