Unfortunately, one vendor failed to show up for a quote and did not even bother to call to apologize for their tardiness, which showed a lack of respect for my time. Another vendor attempted to force their service on me, assuming that they already had the job, and offering the lowest bid. Overall, I am very happy that we chose Shanti and Nicola, and I am certain that you will be too.

We considered replacing the tiles with a wooden floor, primarily because the pores of the tiles get filled with dirt. However, Nico eased our concerns by suggesting that a reliable sealant could effectively cover the pores and facilitate easy cleaning. Nico impeccably cleaned the tiles and applied the sealant, even aiding us with the grout for certain tiles prior to the sealing process.
