Shihui Yin's Piano Studio

Hello, my name is Shihui Yin, and I have over ten years of experience teaching piano. My passion for music drives me to help the next generation explore its vast possibilities. In pursuit of this goal, I focus on fostering creative thinking in my students. In addition to learning the technical skills of playing the piano, my students will develop the ability to apply their knowledge creatively to other fields.

I hold a Master's in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's in Piano Performance from Oberlin Conservatory. My philosophy is simple: inspire a love of music in my students and promote their confidence and positivity through piano playing. Over time, I seek to equip them with the skills to take on challenges, solve problems independently, and derive joy from playing music.
