With great punctuality and professionalism, Tim completed two jobs for my wife and me. He replaced the drain in our soaking tub and installed a new Spicket, back plate, and hot and cold water valve. We found his pricing to be very reasonable, accurate, and fair. Despite our two small four-legged friends, Tim remained friendly and tolerant throughout. While searching for someone who could provide next day replacement, I came across Tim. During our phone conversation, his knowledge and experience became apparent which convinced me to hire him. Prior to finalizing the plan, he came to review the situation and we discussed every aspect of the project. I was able to participate throughout the process and witness his brilliant work. Additionally, I requested he complete other plumbing tasks while he was there, which he executed successfully. He remained at my residence the entire afternoon and exhibited high levels of professionalism, amiability, and expertise. Overall, it was an agreeable and satisfying experience.

Tim was a pleasure to work with! He was courteous, professional, and maintained a clean workspace throughout his time at our home. He adeptly installed the rough-in areas for our brand new kitchen and expertly replaced our powder room's vanity, faucet, and toilet. Additionally, he fixed our powder room's shut off valves, which had previously leaked hot water. During the toilet installation, Tim discovered a hairline crack in our Kohler toilet from Home Depot. He went above and beyond by removing the faulty toilet, packaging it securely, and returning the next day with a new replacement toilet to install. We anticipate future plumbing work and are excited to work with Tim again!
