I requested him to fix my door but after a week, it appeared to be in a deteriorated state and I am clueless about the cause. He assured me that he would revisit but had to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, which I completely understand. However, he failed to reschedule and attend to the issue. Hence, I had to seek help from another professional to rectify the situation.
