The two women were quite amiable, and they were employed for a thorough scrubbing, which I would rate as satisfactory. The proprietor, on the other hand, was an interesting character! He essentially pestered me for payment following the cleaning. I had agreed to remunerate them post-cleaning; however, I was being charged a sum that differed from the agreed-upon amount. Consequently, I requested that the women ask their boss to ring me. He began to call me approximately two hours afterward; however, I was unable to take the call. Subsequently, he began calling and texting me about payment, but he provided me with two distinct amounts before ultimately specifying the agreed-upon job's cost. He was unwilling to retract until the following day, as most professionals would, resulting in me paying him the owed sum via PayPal at 9 pm on the night of the cleaning. Planning to engage them for recurring maintenance, I reconsidered due to his after-hours foolishness. His customer service demeanor requires some improvement!
