It is typical for vendors of this kind to require a "consultation" in order to determine the cost of a standard window plantation shutter, and they may not provide even a rough estimate. Claiming that all of their work is custom is not a satisfactory reason for the lack of a general cost range. Customers simply require a basic idea of pricing, such as "a faux wood plantation shutter for a 24" x 36" window typically ranges from $200-$300 per window." In 2021, vendors should be able to provide a cost metric such as per square foot, so that customers can determine if the cost meets their budget requirements and avoid wasting their time.

A consultant who is both professional and friendly was chosen, as they were not overly assertive or forceful in their approach. The blinds were ultimately selected. However, the installation process was somewhat delayed.

I am absolutely thrilled with this company! The project I was assigned was located in Seattle, while I reside in Dallas, making it a unique opportunity. As the time frame was short, I had limited time to plan and coordinate with other contractors who were frequently coming in and out of the house to work on different assignments. However, this company was extremely accommodating and was able to work around my busy schedule. They handled everything from start to finish - measuring, showing samples, installation, and even removal of the old products. Overall, they did an excellent job and I am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
