We had a catering meal for our Xmas eve dinner and it was fantastic! Chef Nikki provided us with both vegan and pescatarian options, showcasing her versatility. Her culinary skills transported us to the Caribbean, Asia, and Africa all at once. Chef Nikki's attention to detail was impressive, and she undoubtedly knows her craft.
