Although rescheduling was not feasible for me, they listened to my situation and went above and beyond to accommodate it, even if their crew had to work extra hours. Their commendable professionalism and service are genuinely appreciated, and I would unquestionably employ their services again!

Kevin promptly provided us with an initial quote and was great at answering all of our questions. Once we decided to move forward with the company, we were promptly contacted and scheduled for installation the following week. The installation crew, consisting of Justin, Jason, and Blake, did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, gave us a comprehensive overview of the work they would be doing, and began working right away. Upon completion, we jointly reviewed and inspected their work, and they were very accommodating in answering all of our questions. They also ensured that the cleanup was thorough and complete. As we face the harsh winter months, we now have a more comfortable home. We highly recommend their services.

Kevin came over to my place just a few days after I contacted them and provided me with a quote in less than two hours. Notably, he scheduled my attic insulation appointment in just two weeks, instead of several months. As expected, the team arrived today, along with the necessary paperwork to obtain an energy star rebate. They completed the job in three hours, tidied up after themselves and finished everything. Our house had an assessment by Kevin Taylor from Northwest Weatherization, who then provided us with a free estimate for the work required in our attic and crawl space. We were pleased to discover that the estimate from this company was less than half the estimate provided by another company. One reason for this was that Northwest Weatherization committed to replacing only the necessary items, which still amounted to a considerable amount of work in our case. The estimate included a detailed breakdown of all the required repairs, with each itemized and charged based on an initial inspection and the area in square feet. The work in the attic comprised several tasks, including the installation of baffles for ventilation, additional insulation, and disinfection. Similarly, the work in the crawl space included the removal of old insulation and vapor barrier, followed by the installation of a new vapor barrier and insulation, as well as the replacement of damaged ducts and vent screens. The team that carried out the work impressed us with their professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication towards their job. Despite working from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with only one lunch break, they did not once complain and even cleaned up the tiny bits of insulation that had escaped onto the drop cloths. While working, a plastic water pipe connector broke, and the team promptly called a plumber to replace it. We were happy to find that Northwest Weatherization assumed the cost for the repair instead of charging us extra. The final price matched the estimate exactly. In conclusion, the entire process - from the initial estimate to the completed work - was carried out with great honesty and integrity. We are thoroughly satisfied with the exceptional work that Northwest Weatherization did on our home and strongly recommend them for both attic insulation and crawl space work.
