Our inquiry was promptly answered and a meeting was proposed at our convenience to discuss our plan. After this meeting, they presented us with a proposal and agreed to a second meeting to finalize the plan and provide a detailed cost estimate. We emphasized the importance of timing, and they accommodated by beginning construction quickly. Despite some delays due to weather, we are currently satisfied with the progress made thus far.

The project remains unfinished but the quality of the work is impressive. Robert is the main worker responsible for constructing the decks and stairs and his performance has been exceptional. He consistently goes above and beyond, addressing any concerns that arise. It has been a delight to work with him. Additionally, the owner of the project, Alan, has been very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

The completion of both the Basement finish and the Deck replacement were highly successful. Alan went the extra mile to assist us with the Permit process. Additionally, the recommended sub-contractors performed excellently. Alan's professionalism and expertise were impeccable, and it was a delightful experience collaborating with him.

I consider myself fortunate for choosing Allen and his company to renovate my sizeable 1000 sq ft deck. Allen's follow-up was splendid as he visited the worksite daily, and sometimes even twice, to discern unforeseen issues during the refurbishment. We were able to salvage the underlying structure with minimal alterations. Additionally, Allen did not charge excessively for my requested modifications - he merely executed the work. His team of artisans were exceptionally skilled and efficient in their work, impressing even someone like me who has overseen a multitude of projects. Overall, if given the opportunity, I would eagerly hire this company again, and I wholeheartedly endorse them. Their work is nothing short of excellent.
