I made an agreement with them on November 25th, 2017. They promised to complete the task "sometime next week." I contacted them on December 1st, 2017, and they informed me that I was "on the schedule" for the next day, Saturday. However, when I contacted them on Saturday afternoon, no one had arrived. Despite my efforts to reach out, I have not received a response. This is unacceptable business practice.

Dennington was hired for Christmas light installation with the understanding that the job would be completed by December 4. However, no communication was received from them by the specified date, prompting me to call their office. The person I spoke with was condescending, but assured me that an installer would contact me before arriving and complete the installation that same day. Unfortunately, this did not happen and despite the approaching darkness, no one had contacted me or showed up. Consequently, I have canceled the job and found a more accommodating service provider.

I was unable to obtain a quote, even after utilizing the online service for information. I had to make a call to receive any response about my inquiry and spoke with a courteous woman. However, I was disappointed by the lack of timely follow-up regarding my quote request. As someone in sales, I find this to be an unacceptable approach to handling customer interactions. It's essential to communicate a reasonable timeline with customers. Promising to email and follow up with a phone call within five minutes and then failing to do either is disheartening. Although I attempted to avoid being influenced by the reviews of this business, they appear to be accurate in this case.
