Since July 2019, I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ted as both my coach and physio. Initially, I reached out to him due to discomfort and tingling in my right thigh during squats. Using videoconferencing, he conducted an initial assessment which led to a diagnosis and a set of stretches that ultimately relieved my pain after just a few weeks. In terms of coaching, I aimed to increase my overall strength and muscle mass with a focus on my posterior chain. Dr. Ted thoughtfully crafted a lifting program that included a mix of exercises tailored to my goals, as well as a bulking plan that included tracking calories and macros. What I appreciate most about Dr. Ted is his dedication to his clients. He takes the time to deeply understand your goals, and readily adjusts his approach as needed. He is easily accessible through various communication channels, providing detailed feedback through video analysis and messaging. With a positive and calm demeanor, Dr. Ted listens attentively and provides the motivational support needed to keep you on track. He also takes the time to help clients reframe their thought patterns when feeling down or unmotivated. In less than six months, I've gained several inches of muscle, including 2.5" in my glutes alone.
