Despite being aware that printers are considered disposable in modern times, Paul put in a lot of effort to repair my printer, which turned out to be unfixable. He went out of his way to reach out to me two days later, suggesting a few more solutions that I could try to bring my printer back to life. Although he couldn't work any magic to restore my printer, I highly recommend him for his dedication and hard work.
