The individual I spoke to over the phone displayed very unprofessional behavior. It appears that they may have personal issues when the name Muhammad is mentioned, as their attitude suddenly changes and they become difficult to deal with. When I attempted to speak to designer Julie, she did not call back and when I reached out again, I was met with an unpleasant attitude once more. Overall, this company seems to have a lack of professionalism.

You're not a local DCWT in San Francisco; you're simply a referral branch in Portland that subcontracts to another party. I was hoping to communicate with the individuals who will actually carry out the task, not your headquarters, which I'm unable to reach. Sincerely, John Givens

Patient and well-informed, Elizabeth assisted me in selecting the optimal blinds for my home. Following the consultation, the custom-made blinds were ordered, and within three weeks, the installation was completed without any hassle. The experience was delightful and effortless. Thus far, we have experienced exceptional responsiveness and service. We have successfully placed the order with a talented designer and are still awaiting delivery and installation.

Although the sales representative was pleasant, I did not perceive any value in working with Decorview. The measurements were taken incorrectly and I was not afforded the opportunity to view a sample of the blinds. It would have been better for Hunter Douglas to directly hire the installer who ultimately did an exceptional job.
