In case you're experiencing pain, digestive problems, high blood pressure, or exhaustion, and if you hear a voice in your head saying that you're not good enough or not doing enough, don't worry. My name is Janet, and I offer personalized 1:1 yoga sessions for women to promote healing and enhance resilience, so you can enjoy a life of peace in both body and mind.

Through a slow and restorative yoga routine, you will gain valuable skills to soothe and strengthen your body, nourish your mind, and train your nervous system to achieve a state of restfulness and healthy digestion, enabling deep healing and rejuvenation. Drawing on my certification as a yoga, yoga Nidra, and Pilates teacher as well as further training in the mind/body connection and nervous system resilience, I'll provide you with the tools to unlock your exceptional potential for healing.

I enrolled in a course to improve my self-care and was delighted that I could complete it from the comfort of my home. Ever since then, I have been giving more attention to my breathing and using affirmative language to affirm myself.
