Erick utilized a camera to assess the damage, resolved the issue temporarily by rodding it out, then returned with a team to perform a complete repair. The undertaking was a massive one, involving excavation to reach the pipe via the basement floor, swapping out the faulty pipe, restoring connections, and filling and sealing the trench. I was not present during the completion of the work, but they executed it competently and tidied up afterward. The job was handled professionally, and the charges were reasonable. I would suggest their services and will rehire them for any impending plumbing needs.
