Massage Therapy - Jessie

Greetings potential client! My aim is to offer a superb session of relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and/or Swedish massage. I possess an innate ability to apply the appropriate pressure and can easily adjust to your pressure preference.

Before our session, I recommend stretching and heating your muscles (via a soak, hot shower, or light exercise) and/or engaging in relaxing activities. It is essential to remain well hydrated before and after the massage, specifically the day after, so that any toxins released from your muscles can leave your body quickly.

If you have your own sheets, I kindly request that you provide them, but if not, I can bring twin sizes, pillowcases, and a cozy blanket for you. I also offer heat pads or a wet washcloth in the microwave for added comfort.

Once things are back to normal, I can provide massage services for events, including athletic events like Hood to Coast and Shamrock Run, summits and conventions such as WDS at the Snitzer, music events, long-term care facilities, and various office or social business gatherings. It's an excellent addition to any event, and referrals are always welcome!

Lastly, I'd like to mention that I offer multi-hour massages for up to four hours. Whether you prefer deep tissue or Swedish/spa style massages, your experience will be top-notch. Thank you for considering me, and here's to your health and wellness!
