Shanice is excellent at scheduling meetings for our wedding and is always prompt in her responses. Her communication skills are impressive. Although we faced some challenges with her driver not arriving on time and some issues with makeup and lipstick requests, she kept us informed throughout. I am grateful for her gesture of compensating for the driver being late. I must say, Shanice has a great personality and positive energy that is infectious. 💗
