At first, I had shared a discourteous review. But upon introspection, I realized my behavior was unjustifiable. I had not given the company an opportunity to complete any job, and it would be unfair for me to maintain the review online. Even though CrackerJack does not permit me to delete the post, I do not wish to maintain a negative review since they were not afforded the opportunity to work on my project.
