William has a passion for bringing people together through his culinary creations, as he believes that food plays a crucial role in people's lives. With the desire to share his love for hospitality with others, he founded Seasoned Provisions in 2014, a private catering company that offers private chef services and cooking lessons. Since then, William has established a reliable reputation in the Charlotte area.At Seasoned Provisions, William strives to transform his client's needs into savory masterpieces, ensuring that every bite creates a memorable experience. With careful attention to detail, he studies each event, comprehends each guest's preferences and dietary restrictions, and carefully arranges top-notch service to create an excellent dining experience.
William's drive for culinary excellence led him to attend Johnson & Wales University, one of the country's finest culinary schools, where he graduated in 2011. He also received his ServSafe certification in 2015. In 2017, he showcased his cooking skills on live TV.
When he's not in the kitchen, William enjoys hiking, traveling, playing volleyball, and keeping up with the latest fashion trends.

Working with Chef Williams was a pleasure. The choices offered for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner were superb, with the use of fresh ingredients and delightful flavours. I would strongly advise trying the Shrab Cakes and Grilled Monterey Chicken. Thank you for taking such excellent care of our meal.
