Hello, I'm Christin McKenzie. I specialize in helping busy women simplify their weight loss journey, build balance, and create healthy habits without having to resort to dieting. My approach aims to help you regain confidence, have increased energy, food freedom, let go of stress, and create long-lasting healthy habits that will help you shed the weight and keep it off!I'm a weight loss and wellness coach, certified personal trainer, in addition to being a wife, dog mom, donut lover, and brunch enthusiast. Fitness is my passion, and I find solace in reading, meditating, laughing, and online shopping.
My personal struggle with weight and dedication to health and wellness led me to become a health coach. I understand the stress and struggles that busy women face when trying to lose weight, which is why I'm committed to educating and encouraging them to simplify the weight loss process, build balance with food, and create healthy habits that lead to lasting results.
I believe that changing your mindset around food, finding balance, and releasing stress through healthy nutrition, active movement, and self-care rituals is key to sustainable weight loss. My coaching methods aim to simplify the weight loss process and help you lose the weight without depriving yourself of delicious food.
My program is designed to uncover imbalances in your mindset around food and wellness using a powerful and interactive curriculum. My personal recommendations will help you create healthier habits, rediscover your confidence, and refuel your motivation.
My holistic approach to wellness helps you to rebalance your mind, body, and spirit by dismantling barriers, so that you can meet your goals. My program is designed to help women live fulfilling lives and heal from the inside out without intimidation, judgement, or ridicule.
Thanks to my experience as a certified occupational therapy assistant, I understand the significance of preventative measures towards different illnesses considerably. And with my coaching style, I'll work alongside you to make the necessary lifestyle changes so that you feel and look better, and ultimately become the best version of yourself.
My program is perfect for women who are struggling with weight loss, want to avoid extreme diets and quick fixes, binge eat, overeat, and have trouble keeping weight off. It is also suitable for women who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and uncomfortable in their clothes and looking forward to change their lifestyle.

The program is incredible. It jumpstarted my weight loss journey and equipped me with the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the long term. Christin shared invaluable techniques to transform the way I view food and exercise. I was able to make easy changes without feeling like I was making sacrifices. Last summer, I enrolled in Christin's 12-week program, and it transformed my outlook on food! Starting three months postpartum, I was able to reach my pre-baby weight by the program's end. I learned that you needn't diet or forgo your favorite foods to lose weight. The tips I absorbed during the program fundamentally changed my approach, which I still utilize today. Overall, if you seek to live a more balanced, healthy life and shed pounds, I highly recommend this program; it's also a blast! I relished each weekly meeting, as they felt like virtual girls' night out or therapy sessions. Ten out of ten would recommend!
