Dealing with BTDT was an amazing experience. They were polite, prompt and reliable from the beginning. The dumpster was in excellent condition and carefully placed by the driver considering the bike lane, sidewalk and parking. The driver also provided helpful instructions for first-time usage. Their pricing was reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding, just like you would expect from a small business. I am looking forward to using them again for my next project. I highly recommend them!

During my landscaping renovation, I removed all of my grass and disposed of it in a 10 cubic yard dumpster, which was filled up to 75% capacity with sod. Although I was concerned about the weight, everything went smoothly. When arranging for the dumpster, I made sure to inform the company that it would be filled with sod, both when arranging for delivery and pickup. I found everyone I interacted with to be highly responsive, accommodating, and professional. Although traditional dumpsters can be costly, I consider the convenience and professionalism to be worth more than the expense.

The driveway accommodated the 20-yard dumpster, measuring 11 feet in length, with a perfect fit. The drop-off and pick-up were swift, exceeding all expectations. Overall, everything was done exceptionally well.

I highly recommend Bin There Dump That for all dumpster rental needs! Their call center staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
