After browsing for pool table movers, I stumbled upon CrackerJack as we recently purchased one through Walmart.com but it was only delivered inside our front entry. Intrigued by American Billiards' high ratings, I reached out and was pleased to conduct business with Cris. He, along with his son, seamlessly moved our 300lb pool table up the stairs and assembled it with ease. Though we didn't purchase a top-of-the-line table, Cris still took the time to explain what makes a good table and suggested our starter table was a solid choice. However, we did notice a tear in the felt, which was unfortunate and unrepairable, likely due to damage sustained during the warehousing or delivery process. Despite this, we would definitely call upon Cris again should we decide to return the table and purchase a new one or upgrade in a few years.

Our game room carpet needed replacement, which meant moving our pool table. Thankfully, American Billiards came to our rescue. They expertly disassembled and stored the table in our house before reassembling it the following day. We received a quote of $1100 from one company, but American Billiards offered the same service for only $500, despite traveling almost twice as far. Impressed by their professional and timely response, we decided we'd definitely use them again when it's time to re-felt the table.
