Our experience with Pawsitively Clean for our dogs' spa day was fantastic. The team was punctual, professional, and did an exceptional job with our pups. Despite being shy and hesitant around strangers, our Dane/Pit mix quickly warmed up to the team and enjoyed their pampering session - even her nails! It's been difficult to find a groomer who can handle our Malamute's massive size and unwillingness to cooperate, but Pawsitively Clean rose to the challenge and exceeded our expectations. They welcomed him warmly, worked with his stubbornness, and left him looking absolutely beautiful. Our furry pals came out of the truck happy, clean, and bouncing with energy. The team even sang with our Malamute when he talked to the driers! We were even sent cute pictures after their spa day. Wow, I am impressed! My senior dog can be quite challenging and requires frequent breaks to rest, but the pet sitter was incredibly accommodating. She displayed a high level of professionalism, was always punctual, and responded promptly to all of my queries without any sign of complaint.
