The only thing that displeased me was setting a meeting with an individual who obtained my credit card and finalized a contract. He also requested a secondary contact number. Not even 10 minutes after, my spouse contacted me to say that the same individual had approached him and opened a contract for him as well. As of now, contacting them to terminate my initial agreement is impossible.

The sign-up process was seamless and we received good service. However, we were promised next-day service during sign-up, but the scheduling agent did not reach out to us to schedule the service until several days later.
