My A/C was serviced by Redhome and they did a commendable job. They promptly showed up the next day after I raised a service request at 4pm. The technician presented me with various options - good, better, and best - allowing me to choose the option that suited my budget. Following my decision, the technician thoroughly cleaned my A/C, replaced the capacitor and the motor/fan. It has been performing flawlessly ever since.

When my A/C was struggling to keep up with the blazing Texas heat, Elton and Jake came to my rescue. They provided suggestions at varying price points, with options from good to better to best. They did not apply any hard sell techniques, but instead presented the facts and allowed me to make an informed decision. Their response time was impressive, promptly addressing my inquiry within a matter of minutes and arriving the following morning. Though it may have been due to a cancellation, I am grateful for their willingness to correct the mistakes left behind by my previous A/C providers. Overall, their work was terrific.

On two occasions, Nate was remarkable. During the first visit, he replaced the door handles and locks to a patio that I had attempted to install but was unsuccessful. Yesterday, he came by for his most recent visit and replaced the sink and faucet, which was an outdated setup that took longer than he expected. However, he completed the job exceptionally well and the results were fantastic.
