As a Registered Dietitian, my focus is on promoting whole foods in their natural form to enhance sports performance. I am dedicated to empowering individuals, from fitness enthusiasts to professional athletes, to achieve their fitness goals and develop sustainable lifelong eating habits.My clients are diverse, including both professional athletes and ordinary people seeking to achieve weight-related goals or improve their nutrition knowledge. I offer customized services that are tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
If you're an athlete or active individual looking to optimize your performance, seeking weight-related goals, or nutrition education, you've come to the right place. I also offer custom meal plans, recipes, and accountability for consistent health habits, as well as guidance on transitioning to more plant-based eating.
However, if you require medical attention, have severe gut or health disorders, or are undergoing in-patient eating disorder treatment, I may not be the right fit. Additionally, if you're not ready to commit or prefer to work with someone who takes insurance, I may not be the right fit.

Over the course of 12 weeks, collaborating with Lexi became one of the most valuable investments that I've made in myself. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the diet revamp that Lexi and I collaborated on. The most significant benefit for me was the chance to enhance my understanding of food. Originally, I assumed I had comprehensive knowledge on the topic and that my role was solely to learn what not to do.
