Several people who saw the beautiful garage floor have asked me for recommendations on who could do the same for them. I have suggested Dura-Tex to them.

After paying a significant amount for my 2 car garage floor, I find myself disappointed with its quality. Even though I did not park on it since it was epoxied in November 2021, the floor remains rough and has not smoothed out as promised within a couple of weeks. I have attempted to get in touch with Duratex for assistance, but they have not been responsive. It is disheartening that they have not taken better care of their customers. I believe that paying such a high price for flooring shouldn't be a waste if it is not delivered as promised and the customers are not supported or helped.
