Although I have not yet viewed the completed project, Ben was an excellent collaborator and the glimpses of footage I observed were exceptional. I am certain that the end result will be nothing short of exceptional.

Working with Ben was a breeze not only during the preparations but also on the big day of our wedding! He made sure to thoroughly explain everything and attentively consider our desires. Needless to say, our wedding video has exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more pleased.

Regrettably, it must be expressed that the outcome of Ben's video work was greatly disappointing. Although Ben was a pleasant individual, the final product was only a third of what I had requested. Despite my communication of specific expectations and ideas, Ben primarily claimed that he lacked proper directives and claimed it was my fault. Additionally, he demanded full payment despite the poor quality of his work, promising to only submit what remained of the project after being paid in full. In reality, the value he added was far short of what was necessary for the project, which I had already half-paid for. Moreover, he originally estimated a 2-3 week turnaround, yet only completed the project a staggering 2 months and 3 weeks after the deadline - still only delivering a fraction of the intended work. Unless one is prepared to pay Ben for unsatisfactory products and endure his lack of rectification, it would be unwise to entrust him with any similar work. Despite my efforts to reason with him, he remained unresponsive and indifferent. Thus, this has been regretful and likely a one-time hire.

Working with Ben was a wonderful experience, especially during the challenging times of a Covid-19 wedding. Despite the difficulties of finding a videographer, Ben skillfully navigated the stressful process, making it simple for us. We are grateful for his collaboration and would wholeheartedly engage his services again.

Working with Ben was an amazing experience. We reached out to him last minute to capture footage of our wedding, recognizing its immeasurable value. Despite the short notice, Ben remained unfazed, providing reasonable rates and displaying exceptional professionalism by arriving on time. After our wedding, Ben delivered a high-quality highlight video and a full ceremony video, as requested, to share with those who could not attend. His timeliness was an added bonus, as he completed our videos as promised, a rarity in the wedding industry. Revisiting these videos brings back all the emotions we experienced on that special day. Overall, we highly recommend Ben with a 10/10 rating. Thank you for everything, Ben!
