I required the washer plate to be replaced on my LG washing machine, despite it being only 5 years old. 🤔 The technician arrived with the necessary parts and completed the job in a mere 10 minutes. Although I couldn't recall the name of the man, he managed to sort out my freezer promptly after I was left without an estimate for two whole days from another company. Mike called me back regarding my issue, and informed me that he could resolve it. However, he also mentioned that the cost of fixing it would be almost the same as repairing the machine. Despite this, I am grateful for his sincerity because he could have fixed it anyway and charged me more without my knowledge.
