Instead, our highly trained technicians will be dispatched to your property to assess the situation. We believe that all AC units can be fixed, but we'll leave the final decision up to you. Should you choose to replace your unit, we offer a perfect installation guaranty and quality pledge. As with any major expense, we recommend that you obtain three bids. Eric was a skilled professional who also happened to have a great sense of humor. During his site visit, he was accompanied by a trainee who carried out most of the duties, but this did not faze me as Eric was supervising him every step of the way (we all have to begin somewhere). To identify the issues, Eric demonstrated them personally and provided solutions instead of merely communicating them verbally. He assessed, offered a quote, and resolved the problem instantly. Furthermore, he gave me insights into my system's age and future expectations. When my system eventually breaks down, I intend to enlist the help of this firm once more.

My air conditioning stopped working at 11 PM, casting a pall over my night. I quickly sent emails to a large number of technicians the next morning, and Fast Affordable Air stood out with their immediate appointment availability - a rarity among other companies. Despite my apprehension, I confirmed the appointment and was informed that Sam would arrive in approximately 45 minutes. My worries were allayed when Sam texted me en route. He arrived in under an hour and restored the comfortable chill to my home, leaving me immensely grateful. Fast Affordable Air went above and beyond and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others, and will definitely turn to them when the need arises again.

Upon the time frame he had given me, Jason arrived to inspect my AC blower fan. Judging by his assessment, he was of the opinion that my fan did not require replacement at present. Instead, he offered helpful advice to get a different filter. Should any noisy issues arise, I was to reach out to him. His honesty was gratefully received, as he waived any charges due to there being no repairs to make. Following his advice on the filter, I saw a marked improvement. I will surely call upon him in the future!
