In my upstairs restroom, I experienced a water leak emergency that flooded my garage below. The issue was noticed when water came through the garage walls and floor. The main valve had to be shut off, and we were unsure of what to do. We searched for a water damage company, and Surey Water Damage was discovered.
As they are a 24-hour service, we were able to contact them after hours. They asked us questions and provided us with a lot of information regarding what to expect. Within an hour, Willy arrived at our condo and quickly found the source of the problem with his devices. Willy was knowledgeable in the process and how to handle the insurance process, making us feel secure.
They acted swiftly to remove and dry out the water, so mold would not grow, and they were also able to replace our plumbing and install new fixtures so we could use the water again. From the water removal to the restoration of our home, we are glad we found them as they took care of everything and restored our home better than before.
