We would like to express our gratitude for promptly sending Fabian on August 20th, 2022 to address our call regarding a leak under the sink and a malfunctioning dishwasher. Fabian conducted himself professionally and with great attention to detail throughout the job. He successfully identified the cause of the issue to be a worn-out air gap that caused a drain backup in the dishwasher, as well as a cracked plastic nut under the sink. Fabian replaced the air gap, drain hose, and added new stainless steel bands. Following completion of the work, the dishwasher was tested for proper function without any leaks or backups. While we found the pricing to be somewhat costly, we were highly impressed with Fabian's quick response and exceptional work in resolving our problem.
