From the moment Serge contacted me, he was extremely professional. He provided me with valuable information and was very helpful in addressing the issue I was experiencing with the recess lighting in my living room, dining room, and kitchen, which would randomly flicker. I had another individual come to give me an estimate, but their skills were subpar.
